Jenny went above and beyond for me. I was moving from Illinois and I was nothing but a pain who
constantly worried about everything. She never complained and was always there with a solution. She
was courteous, intelligent of the surrounding area and worked her butt off for me. Since I was going to
be in Illinois for the final packing and movers the day I was to gain access to the apartment, Jenny offered
to assist by going to the community to provide them with the necessary paperwork and pick up my keys.
She then proceeded to check out the apartment and provide me with a video. Jenny also overnighted my
keys to me so that when I arrived over the weekend, everything was set and ready to go. I didnt need to
worry about the leasing office being open or stressing myself about not getting there in time. Jenny is an
asset to your company and should be commended for his over the top attitude and helpfulness to

Someone who knows the area, someone who takes a little time to get to know you and what you are looking for (and not looking for), can help you navigate the process of making an offer and finally, someone who can answer (or get the answers to) your questions about literally any and everything.
