to assist by going to the community to provide them with the necessary paperwork and pick up my keys.

Someone who knows the area, someone who takes a little time to get to know you and what you are looking for (and not looking for), can help you navigate the process of making an offer and finally, someone who can answer (or get the answers to) your questions about literally any and everything. What I don’t think most people think to look for (like me) and hopefully get lucky like we did is someone that keeps your interest in mind when things don’t go “swimmingly” during the process.
